When you close out a thread, does Angel kill a kitten?

I like "Gangsta's Paradise" -- the only reason I wish they hadn't used it is because the Weird Al version is still in my head. But it did serve to instantly place the time, which I needed because the "seven years earlier" was hidden on my screen.

I have both Eminem albums, but they're copies so I don't know the titles of all the songs. I like the one where Dr. Dre is his conscience, and I love "Stan." We used that video when we were cutting the "Almost Made the List" package for the Teen People show I did for MTV (Eminem, being over 25, was not eligible for the Top 25 Hottest Stars Under 25 list), and we soooo wanted to cut in the audio at the point where he says "Dear Mr 'I'm too good to call or write my fans!'" but decided to be nice instead of funny. (Plus, the EP, after laughing his ass off in the editing room, told us we had to change it. Oh well.)

Aww...Betsy, that's sweet.

Comfy couch of denial! Yay!

Good to see ya. Is your home web access working again yet?

<sulks> no.

However, the workday is ended and I don't have Emmett tonight so I can linger a bit here and go out later. I'm thinking about trying to go see Kim Nalley (very talented singer, and one of the only black women in the swing scene hereabouts) at the Black Cat.

So, you'll hang out with us and be filthy?

Cool.

Hec, I miss you when I'm not online during the day.

Hec, is the trouble with your home access something a tech-savvy Buffista could help with, or is it something that just sucks like a sucking thing?

[DXMachina]DXMachina - Apr 27, 2002 12:11 am (#19 of 2977) Reply

Damn, Hec, that sucks. And, what Karl said. Can we help at all?

For a bit. Is your husband looking? The burly guy? No? <pinches Elena's bum> Ahhh, I miss the filthy.

PMM, I miss you too. I just turned on pictures and...and...you were there being all luscious and godlike. And Alibelle and Kate usually only come out to play at night.

Karl, should we take it to Buffistatechnology? I'm willing to give it a try.
