Buffy syndication starts September 24th, 2001.
On your marks, get set, discuss!

Dibs on the comfy chair! I'll just put this cooler of beer on the floor next to it.
Looking forward to tonight, because I've never seen any of Season 1.
Should Canadian's discuss syndication elsewhere since ours started two weeks ago?
I've seen it all except The Pack, which I'm mightily looking forward to.
Season 2 I have on DVD, but a rewatch is never amiss. Season 3 -- I'm chomping at the bit.

Megan, can't you just join in the discussion here? After all, it's what Unamericans are doing (I last saw WTTH about 6 months ago). But the US Syndication should be the marker of where we're up to, for people who are watching the episodes for the first time.
Edit: X-post with Victor. I imagine most people are spoiled, but it's still really different when you actually see the episode for the first time, I think.

I think most of us have seen most of season one, so I think that might be beyond spoiling.

Nah, do it here, Megan. It's all going to blend together eventually anyway. Even those who haven't seen the episodes (like me) are pretty much spoiled already.
And, although I haven't seen all of Season One (just box set stuff, I've read the scripts, and basically consider myself spoiled for Seasons 1 through 5 anyway.
Ok, we're almost done season 1 so I'll go back and watch them again. Quite a hardship, let me tell you.
Megan, I'm really touched by how far out of your way you're going for us.
it may mean a lot of late nights and fights over the tv, but you guys are worth it.
I just realized I'll only be getting Buffy in Syndication once a week, while most of you will be getting a daily dose of Buffy. Oh well, I'll still try to participate in discussions.
I'm getting once a week on ABC?! in the middle ofthe night, seemingly completly out of order-- since it starts with Anne.
My mother is taping FX, so I'll be delayed in watching from some of you.
It looks like we're all pretty much going to be seeing them at different times, so we'd need a bunch of threads. Better to keep it all here.

I just looked on tvguide.com, and it looks like we're getting syndicated eps on Saturday on Fox, AND Sunday on UPN. AND I'll have cable with FX! I will never need to watch another TV show! (Although the same episode three times in a week might get a little old.....)
WooHoo! I'm getting syndicated eps on Saturday on regular Fox. Hello S1, S2, and S3 eps with perfect reception. No need to bother anyone to tape FX for me. Cool! Just Cool!
I got into this whole Buffista madness via AtS. I've never been a Buffy watcher before (hey, before Sept. 10 it was only on at midnight on Saturdays 'round here, so cut me some slack) and I've been enjoying catching up on the first season.
Random observations so far:
Who knew Cordelia could be such a bitch? She's merely shallow these days.
DB looks so pale and thin, I wanna take him home for a big bowl of soup.

I'm curious - is there anyone here who hasn't seen WTTH before?
I've only seen it once, a long time ago when I rented the S1 boxed set, and I remember very little of it, except for Xander on a skateboard.
I saw WTTH when the WB ran season 1 reruns during season 2. Since then, I've seen the unaired pilot a couple of times. It'll be weird to see that story without the fake Willow.
Not I, actually. Fate has conspired against me. I am determined to triumph.
