CA: San Diego's Judge Huntington, ignores threats by Deputies Selby and Gulyas

Mike Gulyas, I. D. # 2582 ,detective of domestic violence unit. Location: 1401 Broadway, MS 759. San Diego, CA 92101-5729.

On August 12, 2002. I was at the Family Court Dept F2 for a review hearing on custody case before Judge Huntington. I was represented by my counsel, Robert M. Garland. My mother Tara Prasad was also present at the court.

Immediately after the hearing deputy, Michael Selby arrested me in the courtroom along with Mike Gulyas who was also present in the courtroom. No Miranda rights were read to me at the time of arrest. I was not told what I was being arrested for. I was escorted out of the courtroom.

Mike Gulyas drove me to the station for questioning with his partner. After I was arrested and brought to the station then the Miranda Rights was read to me and I was told that this was citizens arrest by Beverly Lucaylucay and that I had violated restraining orders and there was 80 misdemeanor counts against me. Mike Gulyas refused to show me any evidence or proof of such violation.

He continued to harass me and accuse me of violation that I did not commit. He was very angry that I had filed complaints against Michael Selby and several Judges of San Diego county and Los Angeles county that took bribe from Lucaylucay into way siding a frivolous juvenile case for the county and Lucaylucay.

I made several demands to see the evidence but it was denied by Mike Gulyas.

I stated I wanted to make citizens arrest against Lucaylucay in her making terrorist and death threats against me and pulling a loaded gun on me. Gulyas brought a form but refused to let me fill the form and sign it. I requested this several times. He said that he will put on his report and told me that he will not arrest Lucaylucay no matter what.

Mike Gulyas continued to accuse me of these false violation. He was furious about the complaint against Selby by me and me calling Steven Noh who is investigating bribes that the Judges took. He was also furiously angry that the 4th appellate district court had reversed Judge E. Riggs’s order when after taking bribe she declared me a vexatious litigant. Gulyas also several times told me that I had “Poker Face.”

After the interrogation Gulyas drove me to the San Diego County Jail. On the way to the jail he told me that Judge Elizabeth Riggs might have come back from retirement and will probably be the Judge on my case in the criminal court and that “She will fuck me up.” I had witnessed E. Riggs taking bribe from Lucaylucay and complaint was filed against her.

Mike Gulyas told me that my bail was $800,000.00 and he will make sure that it goes up to One Million dollars and that he will make sure that I will be in jail for a very long time.

As Gulyas pulled into the parking space he pointed to a white car to the left and said, ” That is probably Selby’s car looks like he is here already he is going to kick your ass tonight, I hope you make to the morning, nobody messes with us.”

Mike Gulyas was assigned to investigate such complaints and I had met him in June at the Family court but he did not make any attempts to question me in L.A. after I had called him several times and made arrangements to meet with him in L.A. taking time of my work schedule.

After the incident of the cop assaulting a minor black person in Inglewood. I made it clear that I will not go to San Diego to meet with Gulyas especially after Selby made death threats against me and my family.

Mike Gulyas’s action was in retaliation that I filed complaints against Judges and his gang.
